Spoilers it all depends on the helicopter jump at the end i think if you kill dimitiri(don't do the deal) there is a ramp you hit in a boat to get to jacob's copter do the deal, and you have to use and the boat and floor it and simply get to the boat i find this part without the ramp is frustrating spoilers over go with killing dimitri instead. I for one appreciate wheelman's whinging. i've not touched the game for 2 weeks thanks to being stuck on getting into the helicopter. today i got gta iv up and running in windows 7, with the new patch and with some fiddling i got my cordless rumblepad 2 working and restored my save games etc.. Once you have control of the chopper, begin firing miniguns at dimitri's helicopter until it catches fire. eventually, dimitri's chopper crashes at happiness island, but niko's chopper also crashes. begin chasing dimitri across the island, and kill any cops who get in your way - if you're low on health at this point then it's better to shoot.
